Day 4 of Kurukshetra had football fever of the semi-finals in the air. Matches scheduled between Arjuna’s A-Team Vs Abhimanyu’s A-Team and Drona B-Team Vs Krishna A-Team.
Match 1
A-Team Krishna vs B-Team Drona.
Dr Vinod.R was the guest of honour for the match. This match was well played by both the teams. The first and the second goals were scored by Jackson from Team Krishna, his spirit was unbreakable. Nikhil from Team Drona scored a goal of relief for the Team members making the score 2-1. However, in an unexpected turn of events, Jackson scored another goal, followed by Sanjith who scored two goals and the cherry on top was put by Sreehari by finishing off with the last goal leading Team Krishna to the finals.
Match 2
Arjuna A-Team vs Abhimanyu A-Team.
M.Sathish Ji was the guest of honour for this match, that was a spectacle to watch. Jayakrishnan from Team Arjuna gave yet another mind-blowing performance along with his teammates. He scored 3 goals in all. Team Abhimanyu’s Jyothis scored one goal and Gowrishankar another for the team, their defences were strong and their offences were good, yet the Karan-Arjun duo of Team Arjuna a.k.a. Jayakrishnan and Gokul with the rest of the team led Team Arjuna to Victory and it’s entry to the finals.
Today’s matches kept the audience on their feet and wanting more. We all are looking forward to the war that will be fought By Team Krishna and Team Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra.
