Day 3 of Kurukshetra had one football match scheduled between Arjuna’s B Team and Krishna’s A-Team.
Arjuna B-Team Vs Krishna A-Team
The match was officiated by P.E. Anish Sir, Venkata Raghavan Ji the guest of honour for today’s match greeted the players. The opening toss was won by Team Arjuna. Kippa Apa from Team Arjuna scored a penalty, the first goal of the match. Before half time, Sanjith from Team Krishna scored a goal making the score even.
The first half ended in a tie, however, it was broken by Jackson from Team Krishna. Though Team Arjuna’s defence was commendable, especially of Arvind’s and Ajith from the Team, they ran out of time.Krishna’s A-Team won their score being 2-1,the last team to enter the semi-finals. Now, we have Abhimanyu’s A-Team, Arjuna’s A-Team and Drona’s B Team and Krishna’s A-Team who will lock horns with each other for the winning title under the Football Event.
